- The service is provided for lawful personal use.
- Using the service for unlawful activity is prohibited.
- The number of simultaneous connections is limited by the chosen plan.
3. Payment and refunds
Payment is made through your personal account. A refund is possible during the first days of use in case of technical problems — contact support.
4. Liability
The service is provided "as is". We strive to ensure stable operation but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability at all times.

6. Intellectual property
All materials on the openroadvpn.ru website, including the logo, design, texts and software, are intellectual property. Use of site materials without written permission from the rights holder is prohibited.
7. Access restrictions and blocking
OpenRoad VPN provides access to internet resources that may be blocked in your region. The service is not responsible for the availability of specific websites and services, as their availability depends on external factors, including actions by third parties and government authorities.
8. Free access
OpenRoad provides a daily free traffic allowance in the Android and Windows apps. The allowance amount may change. Free access is provided at the discretion of the service and may be suspended if the terms of use are violated.
9. Pricing and renewal
Subscription prices are listed on the openroadvpn.ru website. Subscriptions do not renew automatically. To renew, you must independently pay through your personal account. Payment is accepted by bank cards via a secure payment gateway.
10. Changes to terms
We reserve the right to change the terms of this agreement. The current version is always available on this page. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
11. Governing law
This agreement is governed by the laws of the Russian Federation. All disputes are resolved through negotiations, and if agreement cannot be reached — in court.
