No-Log policy

OpenRoad VPN maintains a strict no-logs policy. We do not track, collect or store your internet activity history, the sites you visit, or the contents of your traffic.

What data we process

Use of data

Data is used solely to provide the service, support and payment processing. We do not sell or share your data with third parties for advertising purposes.

Security

The connection is encrypted. We take technical and organizational measures to protect your data.

Contact

For privacy-related questions, contact support through your personal account.

Cookies

OpenRoad VPN does not use advertising cookies or trackers. We only use essential technical cookies for the personal account and remembering your interface language. You can disable cookies in your browser settings, but this may affect some site features.

Sharing data with third parties

We do not share your personal data with third parties for advertising or marketing purposes. Payment transactions are processed by a certified PCI DSS-compliant payment provider. Data may only be disclosed as required by law, upon an official request from authorized government authorities.

Data retention and deletion

Account data is retained for the duration of your subscription and can be deleted upon request. To delete your account and all associated data, contact support via your personal account or Telegram. Deletion is processed within 30 days of the request.

User rights

Technical security measures

All connections between the user and OpenRoad VPN servers are encrypted using TLS 1.3. VPN traffic is disguised as regular HTTPS, making it invisible to Deep Packet Inspection (DPI) and Technical Countermeasures (TSPU). Servers are protected against unauthorized access and are regularly updated.

Changes to this policy

We may update this privacy policy. The last revised date is shown at the top of the page. We recommend checking this page periodically for the latest version.
